Instead of spending time and resources training the dealer network, the French car manufacturer left this task to Formation4you. Our team handled the organisation of the initial product training, including a customised virtual presentation of the new model. This involved minimal effort for Renault.
An innovative training concept for 220 participants
To ensure that all employees from the Renault dealer network received the relevant information on the new Renault 5, the training was designed in a comprehensive and well-thought-out format. Three virtual classroom training sessions were held over four days, which gave a total of 220 participants the opportunity to familiarise themselves intensively with the new model.
The virtual classroom training sessions were not simply conducted as lectures but were designed to be interactive. Videos, dialogues, presentations, and quizzes ensured that the participants were actively involved in the training process. This kept attention levels high and made sure that the information was going to be retained in the long term.
Importantly, the training was conducted in three languages (German, French, and Italian) in order to reach all retailers from different parts of Switzerland. Two professional moderators led the sessions and ensured that no questions were left unanswered.
