The key to success for corporate and fleet salespeople at Hyundai Switzerland

In a dynamic and highly competitive industry such as the automotive industry, it is not only talent that counts, but above all continuous development. As management consultants and trainers in the automotive sector, we are proud to have launched the FLEET ACADEMY 2021/2022, a tailor-made training program for Hyundai fleet salespeople. The best thing about it is that the results speak for themselves!

Knowledge transfer on the test bench – a successful model

Together with the renowned Customer Experience Experts, a leading mystery shopping agency, we carried out a follow-up in the spring of 2024. Our goal? To check the sustainability of the sales skills taught in the FLEET ACADEMY. With the help of real customer inquiries and detailed questionnaires, we rigorously reviewed how the knowledge was put into practice.

The result: Fleet Academy graduates scored up to 7 percentage points better in a direct comparison than colleagues who had not taken part in the training. What is particularly impressive is that 100% of the trained advisors actively addressed the financing options – a decisive point in the sales dialogue.

Hard facts that convince – up to 90% in sales talks

Overall, the trained salespeople achieved an average of 85%, while their untrained colleagues only achieved 79%. The difference in the evaluation of sales talks was particularly striking, with an average of 85% (some even 90%) for Fleet Academy participants compared to 78.9% for those who did not participate. These figures speak for themselves; specialised training makes a difference and brings measurable success.

In Autumn 2024 we will start the next coaching units, focusing on the future of the automotive industry: e-mobility. Hyundai Switzerland continues to rely on our know-how and expertise to successfully shape and change the automotive industry.
